Trainers change bodies.
People want a coach, not an app: 52% would rather train with a person than with AI. Spero makes the trainer better. It never replaces them.

Our mission
Built by two trainers, from the system that kept their clients.
People want a coach, not an app: 52% would rather train with a person than with AI. Spero makes the trainer better. It never replaces them.
Every watch and app can read a client’s data. Deciding what that body should do next is the hard part, so we write it down as rules you can see and check.
Score the same things and you get the same findings, every time, with the rule behind each one. Nothing reaches a client until you approve it.
Fat loss is becoming a pill. Strength, balance and how a body moves still have to be trained, and that takes a trainer.
Today Spero is the system trainers run their business on. Next, it learns from every client who trains on it.
Re-tests at 4, 8 and 12 weeks will show each client what changed, in numbers they can see.
Each re-test and each change you make teaches the engine which programs work, so it gets better for every trainer on Spero.
Insurers have started paying for movement outcomes. We want the trainers on Spero to be the people they pay.
Core beliefs
We want our coaches to believe in the value that they bring, pursue continuous learning to deepen their understanding of the human body, and embody these principles in their own practice.
We expect acceptance and respect for the needs and wants of others, whether that be the reasons they are training, how comfortable they are with a gym, or their body as a whole.
We want our coaches to have a deep care for the people they work with and are proud of the product they deliver.
